The Governor of NV is so underqualified that the group of Wash, Ore and Cal would not let him join their shared effort at reopening. The guy is the typical, "I know what is best for you," leader who keeps pot shops and Raider stadium construction open (all big $$ items for the government) and shuts down playgrounds, beauty salons and fines small business for staying open. No government layoffs, but the state's economy is shot and the state's unemployment office is asking people to fax in their documents. We might as well be Puerto Rico.
